GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS

The rights to make claims regarding the processing of personal data, in accordance with Article 11 of Protection of Personal Data Law No. 6698 (“PPDL” or “Law”), of personal data owners (“Applicant” or “Data subject”) who are defined as the data subject within the scope of PDPL or legal representatives of these persons are regulated.

Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the PPDL, applications regarding these rights before Odunpazarı Modern Museum Shop (“OMM Shop”), who is the data controller, must be submitted in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority (“Authority”). Your request, according to its nature, will be answered as soon as possible or within thirty days at the latest from the date it reaches the OMM Shop. However, if the transaction requires a separate cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with Article 7 of the Communiqué.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

● Application by Mail or in Person: Application form filled and signed by the Applicant and documents proving identity can be applied to the address of Şarkiye Mahallesi Atatürk Bulvarı No: 37 Odunpazarı / Eskişehir in person or by post.
● Application Via Registered Electronic Mail (REM): Application can be made by sending it to [email protected] by signing with the "secure electronic signature" defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 by the Applicant.
● Application via Electronic Mail Using Mobile Signature or Secure Electronic Signature: Application can be made by sending an e-mail to [email protected] by filling out a petition signed by the Applicant with a mobile signature or secure electronic signature, or by filling in an "Application Form" if desired.

We would like to remind you that you can get a faster response if you write “Information/Change Request Under the Protection of Personal Data Law No. 6698” on the application envelope or in the subject part of the e-mail.

In addition, applications can be made by a notary public or by methods that are legally valid and provide the opportunity to verify identity. It is recommended to comply with the above-mentioned issues in the applications as much as the relevant method allows, as it will increase the probability of the application to be concluded positively and in a short time.
