The AVLU design Tile ceramic plates were created as a result of the examination and deconstruction of different patterns repeated in traditional tile art. While the patterns used in tile art are typically repeated, this collection deploys four different fundamental forms, placed on both surfaces of each plate. Although the number of patterns on each plate is equal, they become distinctively messy when the whole collection is put together. The 25 cm sized AVLU tile ceramic plate should be handwashed only.
